During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the beautiful lake view from our room. It was such a serene and peaceful setting, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff at the hotel were also very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

A weekend at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the pool was large and had plenty of loungers for sunbathing. the hotel offered a range of spa treatments at reasonable prices. Location-wise, it was conveniently close to many shops and restaurants.

On the other hand, the hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful, making the overall customer service experience underwhelming. the rooms were outdated and not very clean, with unpleasant odors in some cases.
